• Go deep within. Listen to your body and psyche.
• What do you need right now in order to bring up your Inner Happy feelings?
• Reflect on what brings you true happiness and joy in life. Do more of those things…:).
• Happy balloon
around your whole body.
• Happy balloon
inside your belly, chest, head, brain.
• Happy balloon around- and on the inside of every little cell.
• Exercises for the hips to get flow in life and let go of stagnation.
• Exercises for the neck for inner peace of mind, and thyroid hormonal balance.
• Exercises for the spine, for good flow of the cerebral spinal fluids, energy and over all well-being.
• Deep relaxation.
• Hands to the chest. Feel your inner happiness, stability and alignment. Feel your Happy balloon
• Stay in-tuned to your body and psyche, prepare yourself for expansion & inner/outer shifts in life.
• As long as you are here on earth, always remember to stay grounded, protected and safe, well connected down down to the middle of the earth, aligned to your higher self. Always.
