Warmly welcome to the 3-Day Intensive Brain Healing Training!

This training is designed to take you deep into the core principles of Brain Healing. Each Masterclass is rich, immersive, and quite intensive (1.5–2 hours per day).

Alongside, you’ll also find the Light Version – Brainrest & Relaxation (Bonus). This version offers 1-hour sessions with one main topic per day – a gentler option if you prefer to move at a slower pace.

Both versions are powerful in their own ways:

The 3-Day Intensive is a prerequisite if you later wish to join the 3-Month Brain Healing Program.
The Light Version can be a beautiful introduction, but completing the Intensive ensures you are fully prepared for the 3-Month journey.

Remember: you can revisit these workshops as many times as you like. Each round will take you deeper, opening new layers of healing and awareness within the brain.
