Mental awareness & Centering your energy system – Break free from Anxiety and Inner Fear, and move Forward in Life


SUMMARY:

• Center yourself around the Navel area (navel chakra is a couple of finger width below the navel).

• Spinal flex and Sufi circles – use your navel.

• Sitting – Belly dancing. Activate Navel chakra and your Inner Power.

• Stand up exercises – Move the energy. Use your Hips. Bring up Passion and Flow in life. 

• Let go of Stagnation. Let go of the Past.

• Hip lifts – Contract the Kidneys. Use your Navel.

• Ground yourself. Align to your Higher Self.

• Long Healing Relaxation.

•Golden finger to your 3:rd Eye. 

• Golden finger to your Crown chakra, and down to the middle of the head/brain.

• Golden healing rectangles through your ancles, wrists, knees, hips, shoulders, neck and every little vertebrae along the spine down.

• Heal. Relax. Let go.
