You make sure your Inner child is protected and guarded so he/she can feel safe enough to open up for new possibilities in life. Go under the surface of the wounds and stored emotions. Permit yourself to the let the bubbling unwounded Inner Child up to the surface. Let her bubble and sparkle and shine it’s way through... Feel “her” ideas and Inner Desires. One of the Best tools I know for entering into our own Core & finding Stability and Inner Power, is this exercise "Sat Kriya" (see yesterday's post).
 
For best result do it for 40 days in a row (or 90 days, or 120, or more:). Start every morning with 3 min Sat Kriya, and build it up to 11 min. Make a Checklist with 40 days, and write down starting day and ending day, plus a column for comments and one for the amount of time (3/5/7/11 min). Do Sat Kriya every day and make a happy Smily for every day you have completed your Sat kriya... This will for sure make a huge change in your personal development and state of mind...
 
OBS! Important - Remember to rest as long as you did the exercise. And no navel pumping while having menstruation or if you are pregnant.

Breathe. Go deep inside. Give your Inner Child the secure space in your belly in your core. Make it feel safe and protected. Then, go into every cell in your body. Clear and cleanse from the very core of the cells and out through the membrane, out to the surface of the cells. Clear and cleanse the surface, the receptors, and also the space between the cells.
 
Give yourself permission to let the cells communicate perfectly with each other. 100% bright and light and sparkling... Radiate from inside and out. Meet the Inner Child & it’s Inner Desire. Let her/him reside inside the Core of every little cell. Let her shine from within...

The “craving” of Longing to Belong resides a lot from the Sacral Chakra - Hip area. (Above the pubic bone and towards the spine).
 
Work with the hip area (pelvic, pelvic floor, sexual organ, kidneys and bladder), make the water element flow in your body. Bring up passion, and flow in life.
 
Visualise the Golden Egg or Golden Ball inside your Core and your Pelvis region. Feel that you are already belonging. You are already One with Source...
 
Really give yourself Permission to know that you are already Belonging, that You are, already One with Source... You have everything within, you don't need to try to find it outside yourself...
 
You are whole and Complete like You are.

Long deep breaths. On every in-breath, open up your cells to Receive. On every out-breath, open up to let go.
 
Breath down to your hip-area (pelvis, pelvic floor, sexual organ, kidneys, bladder, womb, ovaries). Visualise the Golden Egg, or Golden Ball. Fill up the whole hip-area with this golden frequency, let it shine to your whole being.
 
You are already Belonging. You are already One with Source. You don’t need to try to find it from outside... You are already there...

Breathing Exercise 1)
Hold your hand in front of your belly/core palms facing outwards. With the in-breath collect the energy from outside, and with the out-breath let the energy go. With a gentle and beloving touch, repel any unwelcomed energy from outside. Breath it into the hands, and let it go. When you are finished shake your hands and arms vigorously. Shake out all negativity down to the middle of the Earth.
Now do the same with your hands above the head.
 
Breathing Exercise 2)
Alternative breath through left and right nostril

Healing Meditation “Golden Egg & Golden Pillar of Light”
 
Fill Yourself up with the Golden Egg or Golden Ball. Radiating Golden Energy from your Core and from your Pelvis/Pelvic floor/Womb/Ovaries out in your Whole Body. Let it shine around your Physical Body, and out in your Aura/Electro Magnetic Field.
 
Give your Cells and Subconscious Mind Permission to totally Let Go of the past, and to always remember that You are Already Belonging, You are Always One with Source.
 
Now let the Golden Energy from Your own Core radiate up throughout the whole body, up to the Crown, and up up up, like a Pillar of Golden Energy, up to Your Highest Self, and down to the middle of the Earth. This Pillar of Golden Energy is Your space, and Your Space only.
 
You have everything you need inside your Pillar of Golden Light. Stay within here. Don’t try to find the ‘feeling of Belonging’, outside Yourself. You have everything within. You are whole and complete as You are, right now.
 
Always remember to stay in your Pillar of Golden Light. Always.
 
And always remember to breathe long and deep throughout your whole body...

Getting the Courage to Step Out in the Unknown and Becoming One with Source...
 
You are standing on a cliff, at the edge, looking down, looking out at the unknown. Sensing the backpack you are carrying on your back. The backpack of the past...
 
First, let go of everything that you are carrying around. Let go of the past. Let go of all emotions.
Then nicely and safely prepare yourself to take the step out in the unknown... Prepare yourself so much that you feel totally totally ready to take the step.
 
Count from 10, down to 0. Then, just take a step forward, out in the unknown, floating out and becoming One with Source. How does it feel like? What is your sensations in your body...?
 
Now, “jump up” and ran up the hill again to make a new jump! (just like a child that has done their first jump from the trampoline into the water and are totally delighted to make their second, and third and fourth jump, and so on...
 
Feel the happiness and excitement to do all these jumps out into the Unknown, to take the steps out and really make changes in life, to explore life, to be fascinated bu the new episodes coming in life...
 
Take the Step, and fall out into the Unknown.
 
Take the Step and Becoming one with Source, Ones and for All...
 
You are totally free. You are totally blissed. You are here and now, always, forever.
